⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently completed a major addition and backyard renovation with Iconic, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. This was a large and detailed project that included an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. home addition, a new family/game room, bedroom/flex space, bathrooms, a dedicated golf simulator room, extensive outdoor improvements, retaining walls, turf, putting green, sport court, pool upgrades, and a significant amount of custom finish work. There were a lot of moving pieces and, admittedly, I had very high expectations for how everything should come together. The Iconic team delivered. What impressed me most was their willingness to work through the details with me and make sure the finished product matched the vision. On a project of this size, there will always be decisions, adjustments, and challenges along the way. What matters is how the builder responds, and Iconic consistently worked with me to get things right rather than simply trying to get the job finished. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident throughout the addition, and the new spaces feel like they were always meant to be part of the home rather than something added afterward. That was extremely important to me. I also want to recognize the entire Iconic team and everyone who had a hand in bringing this project together. I know how much coordination and work happens behind the scenes on a build like this, and it did not go unnoticed. After months of watching plans and renderings turn into reality, seeing everything completed to the level I envisioned has been incredibly rewarding. We are very satisfied with our nearly whole home remodel.  This was accomplished in two seamless phases.  The project is located within the City of Houston and all permitting, and inspection requirements were completed.  We appreciated the ongoing coordination with not only us as the owners, but also our designers and structural engineering, which ensured that all construction was completed per the design requirements. Best Contractor we have worked with scheduled every aspect of our small project and showed up when they were scheduled, answered every call or text and finished each step of our laundry/pantry remodel on time!  A rarity in our experience.  Pablo went over and above our expectations, the carpentry is beautiful exactly what I asked for!  Never worked with a more efficient Project manager Pablo stepped up every time! This Company knows how to treat their customers and keep them coming back. Irving was great giving us a tour of the house and property. I was really stunned when he told us that he made the house because it was so beautiful. He also gave us a welcome to your new home gift and he was so sweet for that. He’s very kind and friendly and talking to him was incredible easy to talk to.
